Admissions 2024/25 Academic Year – Consultation on Proposed Changes

Crooksbarn Primary School is formally consulting on a proposal to amend the admissions policy in alignment with Stockton on Tees Borough Council admissions policy by,

  • proposing to remove criterion 5: ‘Pupils with exceptional social and/or medical reasons for attending the school’, due to streamlining the number of criterion down to five for efficiency purposes
  • updating the definition of ‘Pupils who live closest to a particular school measured in a straight line “as the crow flies”‘

The proposed admissions policy reflecting this consultation can be found below. There are no other changes being consulted upon at this time.

The consultation will run from Thursday 15th December 2022 until Thursday 26th January 2023.
